Terms of Delivery

This page is a translation of our German terms of delivery page, provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

Our deliveries and services are governed by the Einheitsbedingungen der deutschen Textilwirtschaft – the standard terms of the German textile industry – in the version of 1 January 2020.

Under Section 1 no. 1 of these terms, they apply exclusively between merchants, that is to say in business-to-business dealings and not in dealings with consumers. They are incorporated into the contract through the relevant offer or through our order confirmation, in which we refer to them expressly. The full text can be read and downloaded here:

An English translation of these terms is available only from the trade organisations of the German textile industry; it is not openly available for download. We will send you the German text on request.

Governing law: under Section 13 of the Einheitsbedingungen, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies; the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (CISG) is excluded.
